Koulibiac de Saumon
Koulibiac is a culinary speciality of traditional Russian pastry sausages. The traditional stuffing is made from silver salmon or sturgeon depending on the arrival, hard-boiled eggs and mushrooms, rice and flavoured with dill.
The whole in puff pastry and baked in the oven and accompanied by a "beurre blanc" sauce.
